These terms apply when you use Maptimal’s website. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, stop using it.

You may read the pages and send a genuine inquiry. Give accurate details and only send information you have permission to share. Do not send malicious files, spam or material that infringes someone else’s rights.

Do not try to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the website or interfere with other visitors’ use of it.

Your account belongs to the email address it was opened with. It has no password: you sign in with a link we email to you, which works once, within an hour.

Anyone who can read your email can use those links, so use an address you control and keep that inbox secure. Do not share a sign-in link or try to reach anyone else’s account.

The pages explain our Google Business Profile and AI Overview work. Search results change, and Google decides which businesses appear. The website makes no guarantee of a ranking, an AI mention or a business result.

Diagrams and sample reports on this site use fictional businesses and illustrative numbers. They are not records of client results.

We may update or correct the content. Check any information you intend to rely on for a business decision, and contact us if something needs explaining.

Sending a contact form does not place an order for paid work. Nothing can be bought on this website yet: ordering opens on October 13, 2026, and payments will be handled by Stripe.

The terms for orders are being finalized and will be added here before ordering opens.

If a request cannot be accepted, the form will show an error. You can also email info@maptimal.com.

Links to other websites help you find further information. Their owners control their content and privacy practices. Read their terms when you visit.

We aim to keep this website and your account available and the information accurate, but access can be interrupted and content may need correcting. Keep your own device and browser secure.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in place.

We may update these website terms. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated. A change here does not replace the terms of a separate service agreement.
