How we work
Start with the evidence
The first step is to take a look at your Google Business Profile and the searches your customers use. The audit gives the work a starting point.
Look at the map and the answer
Your profile and your website both help explain your business to Google. We work on the facts behind the map results and the AI Overview, the answer Google writes above some search results.
Make the explanation useful
If a recommendation needs a technical term, we explain what it means for your business. You should be able to go through the findings and understand what needs changing.
Be clear about what we know
We tell you what we checked and what we found. Google chooses which businesses appear, so changes to a profile cannot guarantee a map position or a place in an AI answer.
